Tap Register, enter your mobile number, set a password and follow the on-screen verification. It is free and takes under a minute. One account per person.

Go to Deposit and choose online banking, DuitNow QR or an e-wallet. Your deposit is credited automatically once the payment is successful. Each payment method shows its own minimum on the Deposit page (from RM 10).

Go to Withdraw and enter the amount. It is paid to the bank account bound to your account. The minimum withdrawal is RM 30. Withdrawals are handled by our team around the clock and are usually paid shortly after approval.

Most often a bonus turnover requirement is not complete yet. Open Wallet to see your turnover progress. Withdrawals can also be held if the bank account name does not match your registered name.

Your VIP level is based on your cumulative deposits and moves up automatically. Each level unlocks its own rewards, which you can view and claim on the VIP page.

You earn 1 ticket for every RM 10 you deposit. Tickets are used to play the free-to-play mini games under Mini Games.

On the Login page tap Forgot password and follow the steps to reset it with your registered mobile number. If you are stuck, contact Customer Service.
