Deposits
Deposits are made by online banking, DuitNow QR or e-wallet and are credited automatically as soon as payment succeeds. Each method shows its own minimum on the Deposit page, starting from RM 10.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal is RM 30.
- Money is paid only to the bank account linked to your account.
- Withdrawals are processed by our team around the clock and are usually paid soon after approval.
- If you claimed a bonus, its turnover requirement must be completed first. Your progress is shown on the Wallet page.
- Each deposit gives a withdrawal quota of 100 times that deposit. Anything above the quota is forfeited.
Bonuses and promotions
Bonuses are optional. Each promotion has its own turnover requirement and terms, shown on the promotion card before you claim.
How we protect your account
- One account per person, for players aged 18 or over.
- A withdrawal can be held if your bank account name does not match your registered name.

If something goes wrong
